WINDOWS 8 and 10:
Start the Registry Editor program.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
In the pane on the right side of the Registry Editor window, double-click the Cache entry. The Edit String dialog box opens.
Copy and paste the following into the Value data box and click OK:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache
Close the Registry Editor.
Windows 7:
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
Double-click the Cache registry entry, type the following in the Value data box, and then click OK:%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
Close Registry Editor.
